I returned a package of items via the…
I returned a package of items via the post office (as they instruct on their website) 6 weeks ago. They are saying that they have still not received the items and that as I did not return via courier, my tracking number is invalid. Is that it? £250 down the drain!!
The replies I get to my emails are nonsense - definitely will not be buying from them again. Wish I'd seen these reviews first.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered items no confirmation or acknowledgement and no items. Checked credit card and they had taken money. Asked PayPal to intervene they adjudicated in my favour and got money back. Yesterday got letter from UP threatening me with debt recovery. Unbelievable!!

Dreadful service now
Really disappointing service from what used to be a very respectable and reliable company. Items take forever to arrive and some simply don’t come at all. They try and blame Brexit but in fact UPS logistics in Germany are chaotic. There is no communication whatsoever. You don’t even get a confirmation email when you order something and there’s little useful information on their website. And their stuff is not cheap either. I’m reluctantly giving up on them now. I and half the country agree Brexit was stupid, but they are punishing us all.

I accidentally ordered the same item…
I accidentally ordered the same item twice, I immediately emailed the company asking them to cancel one of the orders. The reply was astonishing, and untrue. They said they couldn’t cancel one of my orders as they had left the warehouse early that morning, as I hadn’t placed the order(s) until 4.45pm that day, it just wasn’t true or possible!! I emailed them again, saying this, and their attitude was very unhelpful, and they wouldn’t move an inch.
I waited until both parcels arrived on the same day, two weeks later, then filled out one form saying it was an accidental duplicate order, and I returned the other as it was too big and very poor value for money. What was advertised as “sweatshirt” was in fact thin cotton, and was priced at £30+.
I have now received refunds for both, and I will never ever deal with this company again.

AVOID - if I could give 0 starts I would!
AVOID! If you order from this company and they email you saying there has been a problem with the payment DO NOT PAY AGAIN without checking with your bank and cancelling the first payment. I am left feeling I have been completely scammed! Payment made, item delivered, then I received a further email saying there was a problem with processing the payment. I naively paid again and now they have taken both payments. They are denying I have paid both despite providing them with evidence and advised me to contact my bank. I have done the same and the bank have confirmed I have paid. I will never be ordering from this company again.

After 1 month…..

Still waiting for my money back. I’ve called numerous times and each time get told the same thing. “I’ll send an email to accounts” “I’ll send an email to the team leader”. You are not allowed to speak to anyone else so can’t take your concerns further. I’ve never regretted a purchase so much in my life. This company should not be allowed to trade, they’re a disgrace

Disappointed, top unlike picture and no reply from customer service in over 2 weeks.
I ordered a waterfall top from Ullapopken.
It arrived but doesn't have the waterfall effect so is nothing like the top pictured on their website.
I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and have had no response.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PROGRESS OVER 2 WEEKS AFTER 10 EMAILS/PHONE CALLS

I usually don’t write in caps nor do I typically write negative reviews. Love their clothes. Their customer service and delivery is a horror show. My first experience was last year and it took almost 2 weeks to sort out. I put that down to a glitch. Now same thing happened again - they couldn’t find my order, never got back to me 4 x, then no stock which was clearly listed on the website, then took payment by phone but it didn’t go through, charged twice for 2 lots of postage even tho their fault, sent via ups to wrong address despite me asking them to check, told the 2nd half of order would be sorted out but refused to do so while I waited on the phone, did nothing... as expected, charged me double price as sale price no longer applied, don’t have energy to call for 11th time, still stuck in the seventh circle of hell, waiting for clothing and it’s been charged to my card. Such disaster. Despite great clothing don’t use unless you have good tranquillisers.

Dont use this company. Warning.
This company deserves no stars. I ordered a pair of leggings months ago. They have not arrived. Their response is that it is Brexit! This company will take your money and give you nothing. I have been corresponding with them for months now. I have to say it is a nice little earner for them. They should be done for trading standards.

If I could give it no stars I would, I ordered a coat on the 14th of January, still not received, I wrote to them and the answer was its because of Brexit,I can tell UPS to refuse the package and get a refund? what if they don't receive it back? No apologize nothing, I order from China and Japan I have have received my items quicker then from this company, Pity as I loved this coat so much and it was half price and my parents paid for and its a lot of money to them, will never use this company again as I think their customer service is rubbish
